• Our Board of Trustees governs through policy (or "agreed upon ends") and executive limitations. The Board relate to the staff through the Executive Director-Senior Pastor, who is held responsible to ensure the ends are achieved within the parameters of the executive limitations.

  The Board's role is to identify, research, discuss, debate and determine the vision and outcomes that are to be achieved - what results, for which people, at what cost? They assure organizational performance through written policies (related not only to day-to-day operations, but also capital and building projects), what actions and conditions that the Senior Pastor may not allow to happen in operating the organization and systematically and rigorously monitoring the progress of the vision and compliance with policies.
