There is a sacred place in the Jesus movement for the ’stuff’ that happens around a dinner table. It flows from the way Jesus lived and the practice of communion, itself. It’s also the setting in which existing relationships are enriched and new ones begin.
As a community, we’re in a season of great change and new possibilities. It’s a perfect time to talk. We’ve put together some ideas to get you thinking and designed an evening with just enough structure to get you talking.
It’s a dinner with a twist: and the twist is that you agree to read the material that will be sent to you and come prepared to just be open.
Registration
Hosts can sign up at any time by clicking on the link found beside ‘hosts’ below. Hosts will be asked to provide 3 or more dates that would work for them, as well as further information that will help in getting the dinner organized. One of the dates provided will then be matched up with one of our Senior Staff members (Bobby Thirsk, Bob Osborne, Jeremy Duncan or Chris Wiersma) and posted on our website and our Facebook group. People who are interested in attending can then click on the link beside ‘attendees’ below to view the dinners that are currently open to sign up for.
