  • Photographers

    Musicians
    We are always looking for individuals who are passionate about music and worship for our weekend celebrations. If you can sing or play an instrument and want to use your gifts in an organic team setting contact Erynn, 777-0800 x241, ecarmichael@wkc.org to talk about what’s involved. Auditions held throughout the year.

    Visual Artists
    Enhance the weekend in an unconventional way. Brainstorming with a team of other artists to come up with ideas on how to communicate our message, using your medium of choice (Graphic Design, Video, Set, Photography) where applicable.     Audio/Video Archives

  • West Hall Greeters
    Greeters welcome both regular attendees and newcomers to the weekend celebrations, and hand out the weekend bulletin. They are cheerful and friendly, and are comfortable talking to new people.     Ushers
    Ushers assist in the coordination of celebrations. They greet people as they enter the West Hall, find seats for people, collect the offering, and distribute materials before and after celebrations. Commitment:  One weekend celebration, once a month.     Coffee Crew
    The Coffee Crew are fun, flexible people who love coffee and have a desire to serve others. They are responsible for preparing the coffee for the weekend celebrations and making sure that cream/milk, sugar and teas are available. Commitment: One weekend celebration, once a month.     Communion/Special Events Servers
    Communion/Special Events Servers assist in the preparation and distribution of the communion elements and/or special events items. Commitment: One weekend celebration, as needed.

    Seamstress
    Sew fun and exciting costumes which bring the characters of the Bible to life.  The Costumes are mostly worn by the Whiz Kids (gr 1 - 4). If interested and for more information contact Kenny at 777-0800 x238, kkaechele@wkc.org.


    Wee Kids Volunteer - Nursery
    Playing, comforting, and general care for babies. Commitment level is once a month. If interested and for more information contact Kenny at 777-0800 x238, kkaechele@wkc.org.


    Wee Kids Volunteer - Toddlers
    Playing, comforting, giving snack, helping with craft and discovery box, and general care for toddlers. Commitment level is once a month. If interested and for more information contact Kenny at 777-0800 x238, kkaechele@wkc.org.


    Whiz Kids - Small Group Leaders
    The job of a small group leader (mature 16 and up) is to supervise the kids during free play, singing, story time and then to review the lesson in small groups. In the summer there is no formal lesson or small group time so it is mainly just supervising and bathroom runs. You can commit to 1 Celebration every 4 weeks or 1 every 8 weeks or as a sub.     Whiz Kids - Youth Helper
    A youth helper is a teen aged 13 - 16yrs who can help supervise the kids during free play, singing, story time and then assisting a small group leader during the small group time. Whenever you can help out is great.  For more info contact Kenny at 777-0800 x238, kkaechele@wkc.org.


    Wonder Kids Team
    Supervising preschool kids (3’s, 4’s, or 5’s) in the classroom. Responsibilities include security and maintaining the daily schedule including: play time, snack, lesson review and craft and building relationships with the kids.     Summer Explosion (VBS) Team
