For the most part, we think it's our job to ask the questions, and God's to supply the answers. It's almost as if God has "got some 'splainin' to do". But what if the tables were turned? What if we were the ones who had to answer God? Would we make any sense? Or would our answers tumble out incomplete and incoherent?
This series takes on the seldom considered idea that Jesus asked an awful lot of questions. Simply put, the questions of Jesus reveal what was important to him, what he wanted to know of us and from us, and what he wanted to happen. His questions reveal his greatest intents. Ultimately, though, the questions of Jesus reveal what we ourselves should be asking. That is, if we are brave enough.
Series runs Feb 21 - March 13
